Urokinase, human, amino terminal fragment (uPA-ATF)

Description                  
The amino terminal fragment (ATF) of urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) is purified from auto-catalytic digestion of recombinant human urokinase produced in insect cells. The ATF-fragment is separated from LMW uPA by cleavage at the Lys¹³⁵-Lys¹³⁶ bond.

Properties
The uPA-ATF protein comprises amino acid sequence 1 through 143 of human uPA, it contains the epidermal growth factor-like and the kringle domain.

Extinction coefficient: 1.6

Purity
Estimated at greater than 95% per SDS-PAGE analysis. uPA-ATF displays a single major band under reducing and non-reducing conditions

0.1 mg (ADG146N) or 1 mg (ADG146NL) uPA-ATF protein in 0.1M HEPES; 0.1M NaCl; pH 7.4.
