- Clone ESH8: detects the light chain of Factor VIII:c; useful for immune-blotting and -depletion; ELISA reagent as coating or conjugate; flow cytometry
In the past, the antibodies against Factor VIII of the so-called "ESH series" have served as invaluable tools for basic and applied research on Factor VIII. This has been documented in many publications in high-impact journals.
